Blueair was founded in 1996. Due to their innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, they have had an ongoing growth and a lot of successful projects and now they are in the position to hire a System Engineer to ensure the holistic view to the product as a complement to product design.
Today the company has 60 employees at the Head Quarter in the centre of Stockholm and 200 employees worldwide, with offices in China, India, Hong Kong and the U.S., as well as filter production facilities in China.
In this role, your main responsibility will be to turn over market specification to technical specifications and work with Requirement Management system specification.
Your responsibilities will also include but is not limited to:
- Work closely with all members of Product Development to drive the engineering processes
- Ensure products are designed to comply with necessary safety and regulatory standards
- System requirements, analysis and documentation
- System architecting; modelling and requirement allocation
- System design and release
- Work processes in above listed areas
- Subject Matter Expert in concept studies and pre-studies
- Feasibility study leader in Pre-development
- Project participation as System Responsible
You need to have an understanding of the complexity of a project from start to finish and find the right resources to solve a technical problem while having the ability to work with parallel projects.
You will be cooperating with team members from Product Development as well as external resources and other departments and communicate the work that is being done. This is why it is very important to have great communicational skills and the ability to work with all kinds of people and cultures.
You have a suitable academic background, 5 + years’ experience from working on mechatronic systems and excellent knowledge in English, both in written and in oral.
