Project Coordinator – Digital Dealer

Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units. Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Digital Dealer program is one of the major initiative towards digitalization and business transformation within commercial operations in Scania.

As a Project Coordinator you will work closely with program manager to support and coordinate activities that are important for the scaled agile program to function. Following are some of the major activities that you will be responsible of

  • Support planning and coordination of the program and its activities
  • Create projects schedules in Antura or MS project with program manager support
  • Support in following-up of projects schedules, status reports, updating team room document archive
  • Organize meetings, pulses, team celebrations and Record minutes at the meetings
  • Keep detailed project notes and records
  • Coordinate communication planning with communication department in CO
  • Keep all members of the team up-to-date with current information and paperworkThis is a temporary position until 31 December 2018, to substitute for one of our team members that is on parental leave.
  • Your profile

    We are seeking a person who have good understanding of project management and have at least 1 years of working as junior project management, project coordinator or similar role. The person also have excellent understanding of agile project management practices. You also have done few courses related to project management and agile practices.

    You are confident, driven, responsible and pro-active person ready to take things in hands whenever needed support. You have capability to drive small initiatives within program and capable of bringing results. Your role also includes interacting with the management team in our business units as well as local project managers at dealer level in our service network.

    Experiences / Skills

    Your background and experience is from project management and preferably with experience from our service network in order to understand our processes. For this specific role, we expect that you also have earlier experience from agile project management in IT development coordination and implementation of projects as well as sourcing of IT solutions.

    The external contacts in our service network require that you are fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a merit. Travelling will be required.
