We are looking for an engineer with passion for hardware and embedded systems. You will work as a developer in our team Field Solutions that specializes in field components for building automation, such as smart sensors, displays, and other peripherals. The smart sensors and displays connect to the system via various communication protocols, both wired and wireless or by e.g. 0...10V connections and both product ranges offer high degree of versatility in application and in I/O setup.

The team Field Solutions has an international work environment with members both in Sweden and in Berlin. We believe in the potential of all our employees and the role offers a high degree of freedom to develop the best solution for the current product. In addition to your work as a developer, you will also carry a line manager role, meaning that you take overall responsibility for the work performed by the whole team as well as keeping track of projects preformed within the team.


You have a Master of Science in Electronics or Computer Science, or corresponding, with a passion for built-in systems and hardware. You have at least five years of work experience from product development, knowledge and work experience of hardware and embedded systems development and design. If you have international experience and experience of plastics construction, it is meriting.


Minimum qualifications 

  • 5 years of work experience
  • Fluent in English in speech and in writing
  • Analog hardware design
  • Embedded systems design
  • CE (EMC/LVD)
  • Designing hardware with 230 V

Meriting qualifications

  • Transformer design
  • PADS/Altium
  • Wireless technologies, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Thread, etcetera
  • Experience in mechanics, such as plastics design
  • Eclipse/Attolic
  • Experience in STM32 and/or AVR architectures
  • Scrum method
  • German in speech and writing
