IT within Scania is currently undergoing a very exciting change toward Agile methods and high-performance development teams. Now is the perfect time to join this exciting journey. Within the department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT we are now setting the future IT landscape for logistics, supporting #Logisticsiscore. The journey will begin by building an organization from scratch including resources and competences, going forward replacing part of our current IT landscape. The team will build ERP competence with focus on business knowledge and an agile delivery model, delivering value in short cycles following the needs from business development. The deliveries from the team will be architecturally aligned with other ERP initiatives within Scania and co-ordinated short term with other initiatives at Scania as well as long term activities within the VW group. The team will work in symbioses with the current IT organization and deliver in coexistence with the current IT landscape to make sure logistics and production never stops. As a member of the Logistics IT leadership team you are active in developing the section in line with our strategy, were the transformation of the IT landscape is an important part.
Our successful candidate will be a servant leader enabling the team to succeed with their deliveries. As a leader, you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. Based on business and IT visions, you are creating a long-term roadmap for your team. You like developing people and give them the prerequisites to grow.
To succeed in this role, you have strong stakeholder management skills and understand the business that we are supporting. You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience which has given you the ability to talk in terms of IT matters and understand the reality of the users and business critical deliveries. It is an advantage if you have experience from IT for industrial production, primary ERP and even ISA95. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
