Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Scania Credit Group (SCA), a Scania Financial Services (SFS) business unit (BU), serves customers, dealers and distributors in 20 different markets through local leasing companies or cross border financing. The Head Office/Market Support center is based in Södertälje, supporting the local markets with governance, management, administration and systems. In the markets where we operate, Scania Credit Group finance more than two thirds of Scania’s sales. Over 100 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing 600 MEURO of assets.

The Credit Administration team in Södertälje consists of 6 employees and is responsible for administration of cross border financing in different markets in Eastern Europe, Middle East and West Africa. We also work with Distributor Financing in Israel, Indonesia and UAE .

As one of our credit administrators is moving on to a new challenge within SCA, we are now recruiting a successor. The position is based at Scania Credit AB’s main office in Södertälje.

Job Description

We offer a position with extensive international contacts where you will be part of a great team! Within the team we work together which means that you will work with all markets and different tasks. We work closely with our local offices and other departments at SCA. You control and register contracts and documents related to financing and delivery of trucks and trailers. You do calculations in connection with early termination or rescheduling of payment plan. In addition, the group also manages booking of incoming payments and specific tasks during the end of month closing process. Scania Credit is in an intensive expansion phase, where new markets and new financing solutions are to be established. This means new challenges for Credit Administration. You will actively contribute to continuous improvements, developing Credit Administration at SCA.

Your profile

If you are:

  • a good communicator with skills in English, both in speech and writing. Swedish is also good to know and other languages meriting.
  • used to, enjoy and actively contribute to continuous development.
  •  And you have:

  • post-secondary education in economics or related field
  • experience of working in a continuously changing environment
  • experience in financing and managing contracts
  • proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • knowledge in the system Coreview - that is a big advantage
  • Additionally, if you also have experience in working with different international markets you are the one we are waiting for!
