Scania is a world leading provider of transport solutions. Together with our partners and customers we are driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system. This implies many challenges for the engines and powertrains of the future. Today, Scania has the broadest range of alternative fuel-enabled vehicles on the market. This broad range of technical solutions is always evolving to minimise environmental impacts while the engines are being adopted to new powertrains with different levels of electrification. Meanwhile, the continuous strive for energy efficiency and robustness is ongoing. As a CAE Engineer within the group “Engine Strength Analysis” you will play an important role in this shift. In collaboration with design and test engineers, your work will have a big influence on the design of our engine components and their ability to meet the customer demands. The group is currently comprised of eleven CAE engineers of varying nationality, sex and age. We are, along with most of our clients, situated at the Scania Technical Centre in Södertälje.
