Your challenge – and what you can expect
We are looking for a person with a great interest for promoting and developing an already successful portfolio of products including state of the art SMT production equipment for the electronics industry.
You will have the responsibility to develop and manage a portfolio of products from a business perspective where growth and profitability are in focus. You are responsible for pricing strategies, successful product launches and marketing campaigns, a strong message and professional collection of sales promotion tools. With your solid knowledge of the electronics industry, our customers’ requirements and competitors you are the company’s source for information in understanding the SMT market.
The work is conducted in close collaboration with customers, sales force and our departments for research and development, purchasing and production. Your day to day work will include international contacts with subsidiaries, distributors, agents and customers. You have a central role within the business area Assembly Solutions and the team ‘Product Management and Marcom’.
Who you are – and what you will need to succeed
We are looking for a candidate that is full of initiatives, goal oriented, business driven and has a good technical understanding. You have strong analytical skills, ability to see the bigger picture without getting stuck in details. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills. To you travelling is not a problem - on the contrary it is an opportunity to promote the products. On top of this, you need:
- A Master of Science degree - preferably extended with a degree in business or marketing
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in international sales and marketing b2b, with a proven track record in marketing and sales
- Proficient in English – written and spoken. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
- Professional experience from the electronics industry – preferably including working knowledge from areas such as stencil printing or dispensing technologies
